Communities of practice Integration

Project

Communities of practice Integration

Client

Divosa

Duration

2022-2024

Project description

The Integration Act '21 is intended to be a learning system. That means collecting data on the efficacy of the law from day one. But it means that people in implementation can learn together and thus work on better implementation. To this end, Divosa has established Communities of Practice throughout the Netherlands.

OpenEmbassy is taking on three communities in the role of process facilitator. The community in Amsterdam, the national community of client managers and the national community of family migrants. Our experience in community building, social design and system learning ensures that participants and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment (SZW) gain rapid and good insight into what does and does not work. Together we will build an innovative implementation practice in the coming years.
