About Femke Brand

Femke is Hoofd Communicatie bij OpenEmbassy. Zij werkt aan de strategische ontwikkeling van communicatie en kennisdeling binnen de organisatie. Vanuit een achtergrond in minderhedenbeleid en jarenlange ervaring in maatschappelijke organisaties, beweegt zij zich op het snijvlak van positionering, strategie, public affairs en externe zichtbaarheid.

Femke houdt ervan om complexe vraagstukken te analyseren en te vertalen naar heldere keuzes, narratief en werkprocessen. Ze verbindt inhoud, communicatie en organisatieontwikkeling, zodat de kennis en inzichten van OpenEmbassy goed landen bij gemeenten, partners en beleid.
