Project description

Together with Ithaka Academie, we are implementing a two-year labor market program for highly educated newcomers in The Hague for the municipality of The Hague. At least two groups of participants take part each year. Together, we build opportunities for work based on talent, ambition, and cooperation.

Through action research, monitoring, and evaluation, OpenEmbassy provides OpenEmbassy to learn from this project. What do highly educated newcomers need in order to truly participate? What works in the program, what does it require from people, and what is the impact of this approach? This is how we make the route to work smarter and more effective.
