Working together for new Rotterdammers in IJsselmonde

In Rotterdam, in the district of IJsselmonde, we started with a group of different organizations and institutions to research the theme: working together in IJsselmonde for new Rotterdam residents. With the aim of (re)designing interventions in a concrete, accessible and practice-oriented way, to better connect existing practice to what newcomers need.

Referral card IJsselmonde

After in-depth research and several design sessions with organizations from IJsselmonde, we designed, among other things, the intervention: Verwijskaart IJsselmonde.

The purpose of this referral card is to achieve a warm transfer between professionals and organizations and to offer appropriate support to newcomers in IJsselmonde.

Testing in IJsselmonde

To test and further optimize the effectiveness of the card, we invite professionals from different organizations in IJsselmonde to participate in our mission to connect civil society organizations to provide meaningful support to newcomers.
