SkillLab

What?
A mobile app that allows you to create a skills profile, gain insight into possible steps in your career path, and identify areas for development to acquire the skills needed for your preferred job. SkillLab also offers training and guidance to employment agencies in 24 different countries.

House of Skills

What?
House of Skills offers various tools with the aim of facilitating the transition to a more skills-oriented labor market. One example is "De Paskamer" (The Fitting Room), where workers and job seekers can create a skills profile free of charge. Employers can use De Paskamer to create a job profile. By linking skills profiles to job profiles, supply and demand can be matched.

UQalify

What?
UQalify is a partnership between Nalantis and UQ.works that offers a tool for analyzing, matching, and developing talent, with the aim of contributing to an inclusive and future-proof labor market.

What?

ComPas

What?
With ComPas, you can use an app to create a competency passport in which you can record all your talents, skills, and learning experiences. ComPas works with Work & Income of the municipality of Breda, various organizations in the social domain, and employers from the region to create a new path to work.

What?
NewBees matches newcomers to traineeships and has developed a matching app where newcomers can create and maintain a profile that can serve as a resume. Matchers use the app to connect talent to local job openings.

What?
The RefugeeTalentHub brings newcomers and employers together with the aim of finding paid jobs. They focus on personal meetings. Thanks to their extensive network of employers, they also have a good understanding of how employers relate to developments in skills.
