On Thursday, June 22, Binnenlands Bestuur is organizing the conference 'Connection in the Social Domain - the power of integral working' In Driebergen. Open Embassy will provide a partial session on the Expert Pool Methodology.
Program
How can you simplify the local route to help and care? And how do you ensure an offer that remains appropriate even if someone ends up in a different box, pot or procedure? The program answers these questions with inspiring visions and presentations of proven interventions and methods. Speakers include Jet Bussemaker, Maarten Kwakernaak, Jos van der Lans and Ronnie van Diemen.
Engaging the target audience
"The people concerned are central" and "involve the target group better." These are statements you often hear when it comes to integral working. But how do you really involve a target group in making policy? In this session, Tamer Alalloush explains how OpenEmbassy supports more than 50 municipalities, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment and chain partners in the further development of the new learning integration system.
Expert Pool Methodology
OpenEmbassy deploys the Expert Pool Methodology for this purpose, among others, where trained newcomers from the municipality or region are used as experts and advisors. In the interactive partial session, Tamer Alalloush goes through all the steps of the method with the participants.
