Perspective on Integration in Waterland and Landsmeer

Client

Municipality of Waterland and Municipality of Landsmeer

Duration

October–December 2025

Product

Reporting, survey

Project description

On behalf of the municipalities of Waterland and Landsmeer, we will be evaluating the integration process in these municipalities. Through group interviews, we will investigate the general experiences and needs of integration participants: what do they think about the guidance they receive toward participation (e.g., in work or education), or what would they like to change in the integration process? We are conducting broad research into the experiences of integration participants in different learning pathways, but always focus on the perspective of the integration participants themselves. This provides a good picture of what integration participants need, enabling the municipalities to develop inclusive policies.

Results & insights

As soon as the first results are known, they will be published.
