Project description

The Municipality of Eindhoven has adopted an ambitious vision to run asylum reception in Eindhoven in the coming years based on the idea that reception must be humane, supportive of participation from day one, and in collaboration with other Eindhoven residents. The Municipality has OpenEmbassy to assist in formulating objectives to start continuous monitoring of the ambition.

For this assignment, we will be working with the Municipality, Wasbeer en Pauw, COA, and Wij Eindhoven on the indicator model. We will plot Eindhoven's vision on the indicators and formulate objectives. Based on this, OpenEmbassy will create OpenEmbassy monitoring framework. What data do you need to collect in order to say something about the objectives, and how do you obtain this data?
