Project description

At the municipality of Utrecht, eight seniors support the implementers of the Integration Act 2021. How can they ensure that those integration coaches become better and better at their jobs? How do they ensure that the work practice itself becomes more solid, data-driven and innovative?

Results & insights

For this, we developed an approach to learning in execution, with the seniors as its guardians. In a one-day training, they were given the tools to truly support their colleagues while shaping organizational learning together.

Commissioned by Divosa, we support 3 communities of practice in civic integration as process facilitators.

Newcomers as client managers

Together with BMC, OpenEmbassy developed a training course that allows newcomers to start working as an integration coach or client manager.

Learning course in integration law client managers

Commissioned by Divosa, we developed a five-day learning program for client managers to equip them for their role.
