Evaluation of Integration Policy in Leidschendam-Voorburg

On behalf of the municipalities of Leidschendam-Voorburg, Wassenaar, and Voorschoten, we are evaluating the integration process in these municipalities. We are focusing primarily on guidance toward participation, work, and education: What is going well? What could be improved? The perspective of integration participants and consultants is central, because they can point out specific areas for improvement. To get a complete picture, we are therefore conducting group interviews to ask about the experiences of integration participants in different learning pathways. We also conduct one-on-one interviews with consultants so that they can share their experiences: What does contact with integration participants look like, for example? And how is customization applied? For this evaluation, we use our own Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) methodology, which is based on our Indicators of Integration model.
