Palwasha Hassan

With a heart full of passion and a mind full of knowledge, Palwasha leads her life as a bridge builder between cultures and communities. Her journey began in Afghanistan, where she studied political science and discovered her strength in empowering women through international collaborations. Now, as a project manager at Zorgstart, she lovingly and devotedly guides people who are taking the leap into a career in healthcare.

Palwasha's true calling is reflected in her role as a trainer. Here, she is committed to raising awareness about diversity and facilitating MAP training courses. Her mission is clear: to support refugees and newcomers in the Netherlands. From her own experience, she understands the challenges of starting over in a new country, learning the language, and finding a place in society.
