Hans is actieonderzoeker bij OpenEmbassy, naast leiderschapsdirecteur bij een private equity firm en auditor van business schools. Hij werkt al zijn hele professionele leven in HR, als consultant, coach, CHRO en in verschillende algemene managementfuncties. Hans heeft altijd gewerkt aan verbeteringen op zowel individueel als systemisch niveau, en het is deze combinatie die hem aantrok in OpenEmbassy.
