Many municipalities welcome Ukrainians, locally often a complex task. There is now no policy from the state that coordinates welcoming and getting Ukrainians on their way. As a municipality, you want all residents to be able to participate and that brings questions: how can we best support these people? How do we connect to the existing local situation? What works and what doesn't?
