Project description

With the New Existence New Job program, Institute GAK supports initiatives that guide newcomers to work. This enables a wide range of employers and civil society organizations to improve their methodology and increase their impact.

The midway question is: How can we ensure that participants learn from each other's lessons? And how do we ensure that the knowledge of the field as a whole is enriched?

Results & insights

Together with the social designers of Muzus, we will organize a design study of the needs of participating initiatives. Based on this, we develop a complementary program in which a strong learning community emerges. We do this through workshops, trainings and communication tools.
