One of the things we often see is that newcomer families have less knowledge of the Dutch education system than their Dutch classmates. Together with the education consumer organization, we are therefore organizing two meetings to provide information about how the school system works.
Questions that can be answered:
- How can I support my child at school?
- What is the voluntary parental contribution?
- How does compulsory education work?
- What do you look for when choosing a school?
The first meeting will take place in the Osdorp library on Monday, May 27, at 9:30 a.m. Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided.
