A DIY workshop that helps you take the first step toward monitoring and evaluating your integration policy

How well does your team actually know what works in integration policy? And where do you lack insight? This free DIY workshop will give you insight into your blind spots and what you already know, based on lived experience, practical knowledge, and data.

You work with the Integration Circle—a practical and scientifically based model with 14 indicators that municipalities and organizations use to make monitoring and evaluation (M&E) concrete. You go through a five-step reflection process that you can do with your team (or alone).

This workshop was previously delivered live to policymakers, professionals, and civil society organizations—and is now available as a do-it-yourself package.

What are the benefits?

  • Insight into where your policy or implementation still has blind spots
  • An overview of indicators for which you need more (experiential) knowledge or data
  • An initial outline for an M&E approach that suits your practice
  • Inspiration from other municipalities and organizations
