Workshop Series

Project description

For newcomers to have better access to work, inclusive workplaces are needed. Especially if the composition of teams and organizations does not yet seem diverse, they face a big task. How can you make a start working towards an inclusive workplace? Together with NewBees, we developed a workshop series for this purpose: Be Welcome.

Results & insights

Starting with existing diversity (gender, age, learning style, etc.), participating teams examined their own level of inclusion and made plans to increase it. Both in the workplace and in leadership and recruitment of new colleagues. A successful approach that worked with 300 accountants as well as small teams from cultural organizations.
