Knowledge by, for and about newcomers

Good news on work for newcomers

For some time now we have seen a movement to help newcomers find work more quickly. This is much needed - for many reasons - but it is important that not only employers and initiatives act, but also local and national governments. And that is happening now, we welcome it. Check it out here, or read the coverage in NRC.

Our Perspective Plan method is also in it as one of the effective tools and we are happy with that. With that method, we create together with newcomers a sustainable perspective with a job as a result, and we also create knowledge for governments and employers to improve access to the labor market for all newcomers. For some time now, we have seen a movement to help newcomers find work faster.
